Brake Light - Supplemental LED - Most 2005-later BMW R and K bikes

Bright Brake Light Kit - Mounted on the license plate bracket, supplemental tail/brake light jumps into action when brakes are applied; flashes quickly four times, then remains lit in a super-bright steady state until the brake is released. A 1" x 4.25" lighted area is comprised of two rows of high intensity LED modules; 16 modules in all that are bright and effective at wide viewing angles. Unit is powered directly by the battery acting through an electronic relay built into the light bar.

Note: All 2005-later R-bikes and most 2005-later K-bikes have a CAN-bus and require a specific harness.
In the drop down menu, 8/2006 refers to the manufacturing date on your VIN plate. If you're unsure if your early CAN-bus bike was built before or after Aug. 2006 call us with your VIN number and ask for the Service dept. They can look it up for you.
