Footpeg Lowering Kit (Rider) - BMW R1200R, R1200ST Motorcycle - by Suburban Machinery

Make riding your BMW R1200R or R1200ST Motorcycle more comfortable by lowering your rider footpegs with this kit from Suburban Machinery.

This kit drops the left peg with a replacement footpeg which is 1.3" lower than stock; lowers the right side by 1.5" with an adapter plate that moves the footpeg and brake pedal together.

Note: If you have a 2010 or later R1200R and want to lower your pegs with this kit, you'll have to decide what to do about your side stand. The 2010-later bikes have an arm on the stand (shown left) to allow easier deployment of the stand. However, this arm interferes with shifting when this kit is installed. The choices seem to be to cut off the arm or to not install this kit.
