The main compartment and map compartments are watertight, no additional cover is needed. The outer material is Teflon coated and washable. There's a zipper-close clear pouch on the lid holds small items and a carry handle in the front. Detachable shoulder strap included. Attaches to the motorcycle by means of a mounting system (included) with adjustable buckles. The mounting system remains on the motorcycle when you remove the bag. It's Neoprene-backed mounting surface protects the "tank" against scratches and ensures a non-slip fit.
