1. You are better seen during the day and thereby drive more securely.
2. Starting at the front wheel, the street and the side stripe are better illuminated. Thereby giving you a more secure driving feeling during the night.
Installation on the the R1200GS Adventure utilizes an existing screw under the crash bars, therefore your motorcycle doesn't need to be drilled.
The lights are made completely out of plastic coated aluminum and follow the BMW Design form.
The basic version of the light set is sent including Autoswitch, wiring harness, clamps and installation instructions.
With the Autoswitch the existing turn signal knob is used for controlling the lights. So when turning on or off the lights, your hands remain on the handlebars.
The included wiring harness is prefabricated to fit exactly on the model specified, and to simplify installation. Only four cables, shown in detailed illustrations, need to be attached.
The standard light kit costs € 223,00. You may also select to have your light kit shipped with Hella Micro DE or Hella Micro DE Premium lights instead of the standard lights. There is an extra fee for this.
