(A waterbootle to sprinkle flowers works best)
(!Make sure you spray only with clear water.
Leftover soap or washing up liquid will occur
white spots under the foil!)
Polish (if required)
Foilrakel (Put a towel around the foilrakel (scraper) to prevent
Hair dryer (is not really required)
Clean lacquer on the surface. If there are scratches polishe them out.
(Polish can stay on the lacquer)
You start with the middle foil. That makes it easier to place the top and sides foils.
(if there is no tankpad yet)
You spray the water on teh surface
Before you replace the foil from the paper, make your fingers wet as well so it
deosn't stick to much to your fingers and you don't get fingerprints on it.
Spray water on the sticky side of the foil
place foil (like on the picture) and apply from the middle to the outside
In case of any creases remove the foil a bit spray water and apply again
(multiple application is possible)
To put the foil easier to the lacquer, you can use a hair dryer. Just heat the foil a
little bit while you apply it to the lacquer
Do not use it under 15 degree Celsius/47 degree Fahrenheit
To place the foil you only need a sure eye
It souldn't be windy or better do it in a garage
Attention: After puting the foil on the lacquer, there could be like a gray gaze
(its leftover fluid), which will evaporate in a couple of days.
