The new Power Commander offers the same high resolution tuning as the current Power Commander, combined with ability for a one step adjustment of the fuel mixture for the steady state cruise areas.

This area is often referred to as the "closed loop" range. We replace the less accurate stock "narrow band" oxygen sensor with a Bosch 5 wire LSU4 "wide band" oxygen sensor. This allows the user to select the exact air/fuel ratio setting for the "closed loop" area. This completely eliminates surging and poor running at constant highway speeds. In other words, the motorcycle is perfectly optimized.

Outside of the "closed loop" area, fuel adjustments are made in the same manner as a regular Power Commander. This is done through dynamometer testing and mapping with our patented Tuning Link software. Dynojet provides maps for common modifications.

For special applications, one of our hundreds of worldwide Power Commander Tuning Centers can design a custom map to suit any level of modifications. Fine tuning adjustments can also be made by the end user by using the provided Power Commander Control Center software.

The BMW Power Commander has OEM style connectors and this provides easy installation without any "cutting and splicing".
