Touratech Zega Pro Top Case - BMW R1200GS, R1200GS Adventure

The Touratech Zega Pro top case is a great option for quick and secure storage for commuting or touring on your BMW R1200GS or R1200GS Adventure. With its Rapid-Trap quick release system, you'll be on the road in seconds, and have plenty of capacity for your luggage.

Made from lightweight and durable aluminum, Zega Pro top cases set the bar very high for quality build and finish. The cases can be equipped with an optional key lock for maximum security. The hinges and latch are constructed from laser-cut stainless steel for maximum strength and durability. Zega Pro top cases mount to a specially designed stainless steel top case rack which easily installs onto existing mounting points on any model year BMW R1200GS or R1200GS Adventure. The bright stainless steel rack ensures the best durability, and stays looking nice with no paint or coatings to worry about.

Everything you need to install the Zega Pro top case on your R1200GS or R1200GS Adventure is included in this kit: the stainless steel top case rack, and a Rapid-Trap quick release-equipped Zega Pro Top case We recommend adding lock sets (not included) for the top case lid and quick release system for maximum security.

This top case system is designed for the BMW R1200GS tail section. If you have a BMW R1200GS ADVENTURE, you'll have to remove the stock rail rack.

Structure: The Touratech mounting system is the strongest in the industry. Stainless steel, German-built 18mm diameter tube racks with 2mm thick sidewalls, the innovative rack system bolts directly to the motorcycle sub-frame transferring the top case load directly to the bikes chassis.

Quick Removal: Touratech Zega Pro Top Cases attach to the steel mounting racks using heavy-duty composite and steel mounting brackets in four locations. This design offers a very secure fit and allow quick release.

Waterproof: Touratech Top Cases have a deep groove aluminum interface with silicone seal. This provides dust proof and waterproof storage even in driving rain and water crossings. Some manufacturers cut corners with a plastic interface between the lid and box. This creates a weak link and often results in breakage and water intrusion.

Security: A spring loaded safety latch ensures that the lid stays closed and its discrete location enhances security. Add a set of optional Integral Locks to your top case for even more security. (See Recommended Items below.)
