Scooter Coat - C600 Sport, C650GT - by BMW
This waterproof protective cover is the ideal protection against
wind, weather and road dirt. It offers optimum protection for the legs and
lower body.
- Features:
- Removable polyester non-woven fabric liner for protection from cold.
- Integrated waterproof seat cover - stores in a zippered pocket at the rear.
- 3 zippered pockets for small items: 1, waterproof, at the top, 2, highly water-repellent, at the sides.
- Cover for ignition switch/steering lock and for attachment point of optional Scooter lock.
- Reflective print on both sides for good visibility.
- BMW Motorrad logo on each side and on top pocket.
- Tenax1 snap fasteners and stud fasteners for quick and easy attachment to
the vehicle.
- Bottom rear attachment points on each side with 2 slotted O-rings to prevent
pulling off: this enables the rider to put both feet on the ground quickly
in emergency situations.
- Initial installation of the fasteners should be performed by your authorized
BMW Motorrad dealer.
- Recommended top speed with Scooter Coat: 80 mph.
1 A Tenax safety fastener is a self-locking stud head which cannot come undone unless the head fo the button is pinched in to release the lock.

NOTE: You should have this item installed by your BMW Motorrad Dealer. The installation requires some hardware: M5 Flat Nuts (10 for C600 Sport, 4 for C650GT) and M5 Bolts (10 for C600 Sport, 4 for C650GT). Find them below, under Recommended Items.
