Protecting the headlight of your BMW R1200GS or R1200GS Adventure is smart and the AltRider Headlight Guard you get a choice of appearance you want with all the protection you need

Ride into the night without fear of rocks or debris ending your ride - the bullet-proof Lexan face shields your vulnerable headlight. Its scratch-resistant face will keep your path clearly lit. The lens is held by sturdy stainless steel arms, which attach securely to the motorcycle frame using OEM hardware and are locked into position by the blinker stalks.
For a more "off-road" appearance, you can swap out the Lexan for stainless steel - the guard faces are interchangeable.

Both faces work with the AltRider Glare Guard, which is included in the kit too.

Clean up or swapping faces, is a cinch. All it takes is a counter-clockwise turn of the Dzus fasteners to release – no tools necessary. And you don’t even need to worry about losing the fastener in since it comes with a nylon retaining washer installed. Now a gas stops is an quick and easy time to wipe grime off your headlight or change out the face of your headlight guard.
