Dual Comfort (Bench) High Seat - BMW K1600GTL Motorcycle
aka "Comfort" Dual (Bench) Seat - BMW K1600GT
This is the higher of two bench seats offered by BMW for your K1600GTL.
(As pictured on the left of the graphic above, it may be used on a K1600GT
with the removal of the passenger seat and addition of GTL mounting hardware.)
It's wider and the passenger area is more thickly padded. Rider seat height
is 30.7" (780mm),
seated-arc length 69.7" (1770 mm ). This seat is NOT adjustable. Fitting
this seat on a BMW K1600GT requires mount kit, sold separately*.

Note on seat versions:
The K 1600 GTL ships with a one-piece
seat and the K1600GT ships with a two-part seat. In each case there
is an option at time of purchase for a high and low version. As
an accessory, each of the four versions may be used on both the K1600GT and
the K1600GTL with the appropriate mounting kit.
- One-piece Comfort Seats have stitching highlights and offers more comfort
for long-distance two up riding.
- The seat itself is considerably wider and the padding for the passenger
is much thicker.
- One-piece seats are not height-adjustable.

Seat, one-piece, low:
- This seat is standard on the K 1600 GTL and is an accessory for the K 1600
GT.
- Seat height and seated-arc length are the same for both models with the
same seat.
- Seat height 750mm (29.5"), seated-arc length: 1720 mm (67.7").
- Front seat,
low (two-part seat):
- This seat is an optional accessory for the K1600GT, and is an accessory
for the K1600GTL.
- Seat height (height-adjustable): 780mm (30.7") - 800mm (31.5"), seated-arc
length 1775mm (69.88") - 1810mm (71.26").
- Rear seat
for two-part seat:
- This seat is standard on the K1600GT, and is an accessory for the K1600GTL.
- The rear seat is the same as part of a two-piece seat regardless of front
seat height
