Light Mounts - BMW R1200GS Motorcycle - by Best Rest

Best Rest Light Mounts fit 2008-2009 BMW R1200GS Standard Model only - they do NOT fit the R1200GS Adventure.
Note: Product does NOT fit 2005-2007 OR 2010-later R1200GS models.

This Light Mount comes in two separate pieces, a left bracket and a right bracket which are mounted independently. Each LightMount bracket is capable of holding almost any auxiliary driving light. The bracket will accept a light with a stud-to-the-side, or it will work with a top-mount or bottom-mount light.

Constructed of precision laser-cut steel, powdercoated black, made to the same quality standards and with the same attention to detail that made Best Rest Light Bars famous.

Installation is simple, requiring no special tools or any modifications to the motorcycle. The black powder coated steel bracket mounts almost invisibly to the frame tube brackets located behind and to both sides of the oil cooler.

Depending on the lighting system you plan to mount, you may want order a set of 2"x4" Best Rest Extenders (sold seperately. These horizontal L-brackets allow you to mount other styles of lighting systems, including those that designed for flat surfaces, those that use adhesive mounting pads, or those with a vertical mounting stud/bolt.
