BMW DoubleR One-Piece Suit

The body-hugging one-piece BMW DoubleR Race Suit in BMW Motorrad motosport design is made of Kangaroo leather (approx. 1.0 mm thick) and combines great abrasion resistance with low weight. The black leather is finished with TFL Cool technology. Trunk, sleeves and legs have a pronounced forward curvature for optimized fit when rider assumes typical racing posture.

Materials:
Kangaroo leather, 1.0 mm thick and highly abrasion-resistant, is characterized by finer hide fibers, stronger skin-fiber interlacing and a more closely meshed structure of the hide as such, so it is both stronger and lighter than cowhide leather.
Approximately 20% lighter than comparable cowhide-leather suits. (e.g. size 40 Sport suit approx. 5.5 kg, vs. DoubleR suit approx. 4.4 kg).
TFL Cool technology in the black leather: prevents the material from heating up even in high ambient temperatures - 80% of the sun's rays are reflected.
Protection:
INOX stainless-steel sliders molded into plastic at the shoulders and elbows.
Replaceable rigid-plastic sliders at the knees.
NP protectors (not removable) at shoulders, elbows, thighs and knees.
With maximum impact-absorbing properties, certified to EN 1621.
Removable back protector 3, extra-long to protect the entire spinal column.
With maximum impact-absorbing properties, certified to EN 1621-2.
Collarbone extra-well protected by integrated, impact-absorbing material.
Kangaroo leather (1.0mm) combines great abrasion resistance with low weight.
Comfort:
Perforated leather at chest, back and upper arms for first-class ventilation.
Stretch leather at shoulders, sides and seat and above the knees.
Kevlar stretch at sleeves, crotch, backs of knees and calves of the legs.
Details - Seams / Pockets / Zippers:
All seams are double-stitched with high-strength, durable Serafil filament; seams that could be affected if the motorcycle is dropped are flat seams.
Long front zip, so suit is easy to don and to remove.
In addition to the 2 side pockets and 2 inside pockets a small Key Pocket for
motorcycle keys and earplugs.
Printable information panel for name, phone number, etc. under the front zipper.
Leg and arm zippers have springs at open ends: close fit without extra closure and
Zippers stay in place.
Logo:
BMW badge on back hump and upper arms.
BMW Motorrad logotype on lower arms, thighs, stretch material of seat, collar
